Debra is an experienced Certified Instructor for ACA International, Inc., having taught 225+ ACA in-person and web-based seminars and presentations. She was awarded ACA International Instructor of the Year in 2005. Debra has served 6 terms on ACA’s Education Council and has been deeply involved in course development for ACA International. She served on the Board of Directors from 2012 – 2018. 

Before joining the team at ARM Compliance Business Solutions, Debra served as Executive Vice President at The Collections Coach and an Advisory Board Member/Columnist for Receivables Advisor Magazine. 

Debra was the Chief Compliance Officer at Wakefield & Associates, Inc in Aurora, CO following a 21-year career at Afni, Inc where she served as Director of Compliance and Director of Performance Development. She is deeply experienced in ensuring training, quality, and compliance for receivables organizations. 

Debra is a Credit and Collection Compliance Officer with ACA International.
