Kristen Stratz is a Compliance Project Manager at ARM Compliance Business Solutions (ARMCBS), where she plays a key role in supporting compliance initiatives and project execution. She graduated in 2022 with a degree in Business Management and has been building her career in the financial services industry ever since.

Kristen began working at a third-party collection agency during her college summers, gaining experience in client services and marketing before transitioning into a compliance role in 2023. She continued in compliance there until August 2024, developing a strong foundation in regulatory practices.

Since joining ARMCBS in November 2024, Kristen has been expanding her knowledge and skills within the industry. She is committed to continuous learning and is excited about the opportunities ahead as she grows alongside her team.
